• Brown Egg Vs White Egg

Types of egg that we normally find in our country are Brown and White. Most of the people even call white eggs as a local egg. So whats the difference between these two eggs? According to the myths, white (local) eggs do have more vitamins and powerful as compared to brown eggs. But the concept that we do have is totally wrong. There is no any difference between these two eggs. The only thing that is different between these eggs are their colors one is white whereas another is brown. The protein, vitamins provided by both the eggs are same. Most of the guy who are engaged in body building suggest to take white believing that it has more protein. All most all of us else must be thinking that white egg is better than the brown egg.
According to Tro V. Bui, a visiting fellow in animal science at Cornell University, "There is no real difference in nutritional value between brown and white eggs." He added, "However brown eggs have more Omega-3 fatty acids but the difference is almost negligible."
Also after alot of research has been done to identify the difference between brown and white eggs in terms of nutritional value but so far the majority seems to believe that there isn't any. Dr.Gargi Sharma, weight-management expert believes that brown eggs are healthier than white egg and for those looking to get their fair share of protein and and at the same time wanting to keep in check things like cholesterol and calories, brown eggs are a better option. But overall both the eggs are same enough.
